What's the difference between homosexuals and a Christian's Sin ?

Are there levels of sin in God's view? Or is he disgusted with sin in totality? Why do Christians say homosexuals are going to hell? When Christians who are not married are dating and having sex which is sinning. The World is sinning. If a homosexual loves God why would he go to hell If he repents and is truly sorry for being gay? Some gays wish they did not have those same sex feelings. Christians also wish they didn't sin
