Can someone use Chapter 33 of the GI Bill if they already used the 36 months of the pre-9/11 version?

If you use your full Chapter 30 GI Bill you are then entitled to the Chapter 33 for 12 months. This is the best way to go. Use up your Chapter 30 then apply for the Chapter 33.
