Can Somebody Help Me My Yahoo Account?

First of all I just created a new account just because I can't access it. Here is the story. Two weeks ago I tried to log in and my password wouldn't work. So I clicked "I cant access my account" I followed the steps and it says they cant help me online so I called customer support. They wanted me to answer some security questions which I totality forgot. So now I got no solutions can somebody please help! Also recently I have been getting a lot of spam bots on yahoo messenger and I have been reporting them before this incident. I also never changed my password
