...should i talk to him ?

so I'm in grade 7 and there's this guy at my bus stop who's in grade 8 and he's good looking.. I live across from the bus stop and before I walk out my door he always glances back to my house but as soon as I walk out he pretends to text on his phone.. then when I'm at the stop with my head down on my ipod, through the corner of my eye I can see him looking at me, but as soon as I look up he pretends to look away.. does he like me ? He's in the popular group and he comes from a nice family.. he's a nice guy and outgoing but for some reason he's never ever talked to me and keeps his distance but he always looks at me. He's one of those guys who like always talks to the girls but he doesn't talk to me ? should i like facebook msg him ? what if he doesn't awnser me back ? help :(
