Doesn't seem like a big deal. As long as your boyfriend doesn't flirt with her u shouldn't be bothered too much. Instead be proud you have a guy on high demand :p. Maybe a "we're doing fine thanks" wold ok since she is kinda ignoring u, which is rude.
