If I create something knowing it will be evil, am I evil?

God give all of us free will to choose to serve him or not. I find it very disheartening that many people are so ignorant to think that God causes suffering instead of putting blame where the blame should be. He did not choose for mankind to sin, beginning with our first parents Adam ad Eve. Also, neither will he tolerate it forever, However, he has made a way out for mankind by means of the resurrection hope. ..to me, that shows what a truly loving God he is. He didn't have to give man another chance, but he did out of undeserved kindness. It is Satan and his demons who want to see bad things happen to people, not God.
