Should Microsoft come up with their own portable gaming device similar to the PSP(NGP) or the 3DS?

Yes, they should or they are going to get further left behind in the tech world. iOS and Android has even destroyed DS systems and the PSP, so yes, they need to do something, because they piece of **** windows phone with no apps won't cut it.
